Shipping of all items within the UK is free. Delivery time is estimated at 3-5 days.
We offer tracked shipping to Europe at a flat charge of £8.00 per order and £15.00 to the USA and Canada. We can ship worldwide, however if you are interested in purchasing our products from further afield, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide a cost. Please note that for all international shipping, you would be responsible for any import and customs duties incurred on receipt.
We ship all items using Royal Mail. If your order is urgent, or you would prefer a courier service, please let us know. We’re a small company and pride ourselves on offering a personal service.
Our products are all hand-made, by artists and crafters in South Africa. We source suppliers with the highest quality standards.
Where possible, we show images of the exact product you’re purchasing. In some cases, we may offer variations, due to the hand-made nature of the product. In these cases, you’ll see a disclaimer in the product description. If you’d like to discuss any of our products with us, please let us know and we’ll be happy to supply additional images or information.
Our products are dependent on our artists and crafters and there is no guarantee that we’ll be able to re-stock products that have sold out. If there are items that you love, let us know and we’ll do our best to make more available.
We really hope that you’re delighted with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied and wish to return it, please ensure it’s returned within 14 days of your receipt of order.
We are a small social enterprise and as such, our stock is low and many of our products are unique items. Please return your product unused and with tags still attached. We reserve the right to deny refunds if returns are damaged, marked or altered in any way. Once the item has been inspected, you will then be refunded on the same card with which you paid originally or by PayPal within three days of receipt.
Please make sure that the item is returned via Royal Mail signed for service or an alternative signed for courier service. Postage and insurance for the returned item is the responsibility of the customer and Amandla Ubuntu cannot be held liable for returns that do not arrive.
Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you’ll be returning your purchase – and post the item to the address provided on the invoice in your parcel.
Our products are all purchased ethically, offering sustainable incomes to the artists and crafters we work with.
Fair trade and sustainability are important to us and we stand against exploitation.
We work with individual crafters, local communities or co-operatives and small, female owned businesses in South Africa.
